Mr. McIntosh gained his security and investigative experience as a U.S. Army Intelligence Operative, Operations Officer and National Security Investigator with the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). In the latter capacity he became adept in all-source research and report writing and was familiar with many technical methods of information acquisitions. Mr. McIntosh's fluency in several languages is also an asset in his investigations. In addition to holding the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner, Mr. McIntosh has earned the Insurance designations of Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator, Fraud Claim Law Associate and Property Claim Law Associate. Mr. McIntosh is active in civic affairs. He is an officer in the Hawaii Joint Police Association. Mr. McIntosh is an Officer of the local chapter of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mr. McIntosh is also an active member of the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators, International Association of Arson Investigators and the National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association, Association of former Intelligence Officers, and National Military Intelligence Association.
